Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Our products are sent to you directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of which are overseas. This keeps our prices low but means delivery takes a little longer than a high-street shop:
- Order processing: 1 to 3 working days
- Delivery: usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
Our kit is for preparing ahead, so please order well before you need it rather than during an emergency.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, bad weather or busy periods (such as before Christmas) can occasionally make orders take longer.
Delivery costs
Most orders ship free within the UK. Any delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders with more than one item
If you order several products or a bundle, items may come from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking for each parcel.
Tracking
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day or two to update.
Customs charges
You won't have to pay any customs or import charges on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for one, contact us and we'll cover it.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived 20 working days after dispatch, or tracking shows a problem, email adam@mccartney.ie with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund. See our returns and refunds policy for more.
